Moraine
Chardonnay Riserva
Grown partly on loamy glacial moraine soil and partly on limestone gravel. After harvest, the grapes are pressed immediately. Fermentation takes place in barriques (10% new), where the wine matures for twelve months on the full lees. This is followed by another half-year in stainless steel tanks before the wine is bottled.
