Pinot Bianco / Weissburgunder
Our 15-year-old Pinot Bianco vines grow on the cool eastern slopes above Caldaro at 500 meters above sea level. On this lime-rich loamy soil, the wine develops an extraordinary minerality. Through a careful, extended aging process of twelve months in tonneaus on the full lees, followed by another six months in stainless steel, a wine of great tension, depth, and territoriality is born.
