While Chardonnay and Lagreinfeature expansive west-facing terraces for sunny evening hours, the Magdalener apartment offers a unique perspective through its charming dormer window. It is a place for lovers of the authentic who want to feel the "real" South Tyrol.

Holiday Apartments Untermoserhof

Prices & Services

Bed linen and final cleaning are already included in the price.

The legally required local tourist tax of €2.40 per night/person (for guests aged 14 and over) is charged separately and collected on-site.

Arrival & Departure

On the day of arrival, your apartment will be available from 3:00 PM.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM at the latest, so we can carefully prepare it for the next guests.

Booking Confirmation & Payment

Upon reservation, your apartment is held exclusively for you.

Occupancy

The respective price offer applies exclusively to the number of persons booked.Additional, unregistered guests are not included in the price and must be coordinated with us in advance.

Payment Terms

With your booking, we reserve your desired holiday apartment exclusively for you. To secure this period bindingly, we request the transfer of the total rental price at the time of booking.

Once payment is received, your booking is considered firmly confirmed. For you, this means: planning security, anticipation of your stay— and the certainty that your retreat at the Untermoserhof is already waiting for you.

Cancellation Policy

Should your travel plans change, cancellation is, of course, possible at any time prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made in writing (e.g., via email). The time of receipt by the landlord is decisive.

To ensure fair and transparent planning for both parties, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Up to 30 days before arrival: Full refund of the total rental price.
29 to 15 days before arrival: Refund of 50% of the total rental price.
From 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show: No refund possible.

We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance to be well-protected even in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
