The Hofacker apartment is located on the first floor of the historic barn, whose protected masonry forms the soul of the building. During the revitalization, the original structure was preserved while state-of-the-art living culture moved inside. The combination of the old stone walls on the ground floor and the traditional wooden façade allows the barn to merge harmoniously with the landscape of St. Magdalena.

The legally required local tourist tax of €2.40 per night/person (for guests aged 14 and over) is charged separately and collected on-site.
On the day of arrival, your apartment will be available from 3:00 PM.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM at the latest, so we can carefully prepare it for the next guests.

With your booking, we reserve your desired holiday apartment exclusively for you. To secure this period bindingly, we request the transfer of the total rental price at the time of booking.

Should your travel plans change, cancellation is, of course, possible at any time prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made in writing (e.g., via email). The time of receipt by the landlord is decisive.
